A family of three in West New York, NJ, needs to hire an experienced part-time Nanny to help care for their young child. Responsibilities include: picking up the child from daycare using the family vehicle, preparing nutritious meals for the child, engaging the child in fun, educational, age-appropriate activities, bath time and evening routine, and light child-related cleanup and organization. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, strong toddler/preschool experience, and be warm, dependable, engaging, and comfortable independently managing the evening routine.
The child’s father works from home, while the mother has a demanding work schedule and typically returns home around 7:30 PM. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 4:00 PM–8:00 PM with additional hours available on Sunday from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM. If candidates need a slightly altered schedule, we are open for the right person. Salary range: $35–40/hr. Preferred start date: Mid-to-late June.
