A family of five, in Philadelphia, PA, needs to hire a Full-Time, Live-out Housekeeper to maintain their townhome. Responsibilities include: meticulous housekeeping, caring for fine items and art, handling the family laundry including specialty items, managing the dry-cleaning, shopping for the home and restocking, managing and delegating repairs in the home, pet care for 2 dogs and ensuring that the home is running smoothly on a daily basis. The family has a secondary home in Margate, NJ and the Housekeeper must travel with them where live-in accommodations will be provided. The schedule is either Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday 8-10 hours per day, must be flexible and open to working occasional nights. Salary range; $40-45/hr. and benefits. Immediate start.
